J. Last: Color Explosion 2005, p.7: The Henderson-Achert Company was destroyed by fire in 1890. Rather than rebuild, Henderson bought the Krebs Lithographing Company and renamed it Henderson-Achert-Krebs. After Achert's departure, Henderson-Achert-Krebs was renamed the Henderson Lithographic Co.
