   The company of Malby & Sons was active in London; around 1870 their address was 37 Parker Street, Little Queen Street, Lincoln Inn Fields, London. The company was founded in 1810 by Thomas Malby & continued by Thomas Malby Junior, and Charles Malby.‏ They figures as fabricants de mappemondes et cartographes auprès de l'Amirauté (globe makers and cartographers to the Admiralty). Their activity as graveur-imprimeur ceized in 1946.‏ A precursor company of Malby & Sons must also have been active in London in the 1780s, cf. James Watt: patent 1432 (1784) fig. 17, "drawn on stone by Malby & Sons"
